General

-As mentioned in the do's and don'ts section, if there is an insistence on drawing something I am not comfortable with or if I detect an intention to look for a "loophole" to proceed with it, I have every right to refuse to work with the client.-Furries are negotiable and I feel comfortable drawing them, but they're in the "Don'ts" section because I don't feel I can deliver great work for my clients. Therefore, I will continue to hone my skills to draw them beautifully, as they should be.

For the client

-Although the client will be informed of the reference material needed to begin the commission, any reference image, color palette, mood board, pinterest board or document compiling previous references with textual instructions will be welcome and appreciated.-Pls don't be afraid of making changes, I prefer to be told that I need to change something rather than deliver a piece that my client is not satisfied with :C-If you want the speed paint, please remind me to activate the timelapse option ;-; Clip Studio doesn't have it automatic and I keep forgetting iiiit

Working progress

-The commission process will be updated regularly, ensuring progress with the commission.-A maximum of 4 free revisions will be granted to make changes; after that point, an extra charge of 2 USD or 2000 CLP will be applied.-My working times vary depending on the difficulty of the piece and the number of previous commissions; any updates or delays on my part are entirely my responsibility to notify the client to avoid problems or fears of being scammed.Here are some estimated turnaround times, which will be taken into account from the moment the sketch is approved:Chibi: max 1 week
B/W sketch: max 1 week
Flat: 1-2 weeks max
Render: 2-4 weeks max

Payment and Delivery

-50% is paid upfront for orders over $5 USD or 3,500 CLP, and the other 50% at the end.-Commissions below $5 USD or 3,500 CLP require 100% upfront payment-Your commission, once completed, will be delivered via Discord or email.-If the client wants the drawing file delivered in a format other than image files, please let me know to add it before it's sent

Uses and Permissions

Allowed Uses

-Personal Use Only: You may use the artwork for any personal, non-commercial purposes.-Social Media Display: You are allowed to post and share the artwork on your social media profiles, provided you give proper credit to the artist.-Profile Customization: You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or avatar on platforms like Discord, Twitch, X, or YouTube-Personal Printing: You are permitted to print the artwork for personal use or to give as a gift to a friend.-Cropping for Icons: You may crop or resize the artwork to fit profile layouts, as long as the original signature remains visible or credit is clearly given.

You may not

-Feed IA with my art: The artwork may not be used, fed, or uploaded into any Artificial Intelligence models, datasets, or generators.-Commercial use in any form is prohibited: Unless it is previously stated that such use is intended, the client pays an additional fee for commercial use, and the corresponding credits are provided.If the above is not the case, then it is not permitted for example: NFTs, merchandising, use for paid advertising, or use that is monetized.-Use it as NFT: Even if you are willing to pay for ownership rights to the piece, you should not use it as an NFT.-Remove Watermarks/Signatures: You must not alter, crop, or remove my signature or watermark from the artwork.-Intellectual property theft:You may not claim the artwork or intellectual property as your own creation. Credit must always be given to the artist.
